Stainless steel sculpture standard

A、 Material standard:

1. Stainless steel adopts high-quality and brand new stainless steel plate (201 colored stainless steel paint sculpture, 304 matte or mirror hyperboloid forged stainless steel sculpture, 316L seaside stainless steel sculpture) 1.5-2.5mm thick (select materials and thickness according to different environments and different sculpture shapes).

2. Use unused raw materials produced by the original factory that meet the national and industrial standards.

B、 Process standard:1. The stainless steel welding adopts the sub-arc welding fusion welding method, the welding point interface is polished, and the atomic ash is leveled.

2. The foundation concrete grade shall not be lower than C30, and the foundation and lightning protection grounding system shall be constructed at the same time.

3. Before pouring the concrete foundation, the fixing bolts and the two sides of the foundation panel shall be tightened with nuts, the panel shall be placed in place and flat, and the fixing bolts and reinforcement shall be welded firmly.

4. During winter construction, effective measures must be taken to prevent frost heaving of foundation pit subsoil.

C、 Acceptance criteria:

1. The welding shall be free of cracks, slag inclusion, overlap, burnthrough, crater and needle-like pores that affect the strength, and shall be free of wrinkles and interruptions.

2. The welding spot of stainless steel plate shall be free of depression, crack and discoloration. The spacing between the welding spots shall be less than 20mm. The welding spot shall be consistent with the original steel plate, and the surface shall be the surface, the line shall be the line, and the angle shall be the angle. The painting method is the same as above.

3. The design of resistance to wind pressure and snow load shall comply with the relevant provisions in the Load Code for the Design of Building Structures (GB50009-2001).

4. The welding of the sculpture shall comply with the technical requirements of the Code for Welding of Building Steel Structures (GBJ81-91).

5. The installation shall be scientific, beautiful and reasonable.

D、 Quality assurance standard:

1. The warranty period is within one year from the date of handover of the project.

2. The sculpture will be repaired free of charge if it is damaged due to its own reasons during the warranty period. Only the labor and material costs for repair will be charged if it is beyond the warranty period.
