GRP sculpture standards

A、 Material standard:

1. Main material 02, 04 glass fiber checker cloth, 191, 196 unsaturated resin.

2. Use unused raw materials produced by the original factory that meet the national and industrial standards.

B、 Process standard:

1. The clay sculpture is accurate in shape and vivid in shape, and can enter the next process only after meeting the requirements of Party A.

2. Apply two layers of glass fiber cloth and three layers of resin coating, which can be locally strengthened as required.

3. The putty shall be applied with putty, polished and leveled, painted, with two bottoms and three sides.

4. The foundation concrete grade shall not be lower than C25, and the foundation and lightning protection grounding system shall be constructed at the same time.

5. The concrete foundation shall be poured according to the drawing, and the embedded steel plate shall meet the size requirements of the drawing.

6. During winter construction, effective measures must be taken to prevent frost heaving of foundation pit subsoil.

C、 Acceptance criteria:

1. The surface of the FRP sculpture shall be free of cracks, holes, unevenness, paint peeling and other defects.

2. The internal steel frame shall be arranged and welded according to the sculpture shape, and the steel frame surface shall be coated with anti-rust treatment.

3. The design of wind pressure and snow load resistance shall comply with the relevant provisions in the Load Code for the Design of Building Structures (GB50009-2001).

4. Sculpture welding shall comply with the technical requirements of Code for Welding of Building Steel Structures (GBJ81-91).

5. The installation shall be scientific, beautiful and reasonable.

D、 Quality assurance standard:

1. The warranty period is within one year from the date of delivery of the project.

2. Free repair for the damage caused by the sculpture itself during the warranty period.

3. After the warranty period, only the labor and material costs for maintenance will be charged, and the maintenance service will be provided for life.
